Your subscription pays for the service. We don’t share your community’s messages, and you can export or delete the archive whenever you want.

Each archive holds up to 250,000 messages and 5 GB of media, from up to two WhatsApp phones and two Slack workspaces. New messages keep syncing.
What does the plan include?
- One archive with its own web address.
- Up to two linked WhatsApp phones and two Slack workspaces, sharing one allowance of 250,000 messages and 5 GB of media.
- As many readers as you like. Readers never pay and have nothing to install.
- Export the whole archive as CSV or JSON, or delete it, from your settings.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free. Set up the archive, connect WhatsApp or Slack, and let your members read it before you pay.
Billing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
A paid plan keeps the archive available to members. Healthy connected sources continue processing supported content until the admin disconnects them. One plan covers one archive and supports up to 250,000 messages and 5 GB of media per community.
What happens if my archive reaches 5 GB or 250,000 messages?
Your plan includes 5 GB of media. Past that, new messages keep syncing and existing media stays available, but new files, images and voice notes aren’t saved until you contact support. 250,000 messages is the size we support at launch, not a hard cutoff.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from Plan & billing in your settings. Members can still read the archive until the paid period ends.
Can I export or delete the archive?
Yes, whenever you want. You have full control of your data: from your settings you can download the whole archive as CSV or JSON, or delete it permanently. Deleting can’t be undone, and the archive’s address is never reused.
